Bread inspired by southern Europe, baked on the basis of dough fermented for over 20 hours. Inside it are naturally soaked and dried tomatoes, which undergo thorough processing - from draining, through cutting, to drying. Thanks to this, the bread gains a deep flavor, natural tomato sweetness and exceptional juiciness. The whole is made from wheat flour type 750 and graham type 1850 and natural wheat acid.
