Andalusian Bread with Olives
Rustic, aromatic bread inspired by the baking tradition of southern Spain. Baked on the basis of dough with natural wheat acid, graham flour and type 750. We add black olives in abundance to the center, which give it a distinct, Mediterranean flavor. The dough undergoes 2.5 hours of fermentation and a final 18-hour fermentation in cool conditions - thanks to which it obtains an extremely elastic structure, a long time of freshness and high nutritional value.
